What is your Return/ Exchange Policy?
- • Customers can exchange/return their order within 10 days after an order has been delivered.
- • In case you didn’t like the color, fit, style of our garments you can apply for return or exchange. No questions asked !!!. • Once we have received the products and our internal quality check has been carried out, the product amount will be credited back in form of Gift Card or original payment method. Refund of shipping and COD charges is not applicable.
- •In rare case when pickup cannot be done at your pincode through our courier partner you have to ship yourself via Speed Post and we will add that shipping amount to your Gift Card.
- • Defective products need not be sent back to us, unless confirmed by the support team. If you have received a defective product, send us images asap at email@example.com and we will get back to you.
- • If you have to return or exchange anything from a combo pack, the whole pack will have to be returned. There will not be any partial returns accepted for this. If there is a manufacturing issue, or if you have any other query regarding this, you can contact us on the number or email us on firstname.lastname@example.org.
- • Gift cards/vouchers are non-refundable.
- • Any additional charges like Gift wrapping, COD charges, Additional shipping charges, will not be refunded if goods are returned. Also, we will not be able to gift wrap any replacements you have asked for.
- • To maintain strict hygiene standards of our products, we do not accept returns on boxers and Special edition t-shirts, couple t-shirts. We may also refuse returns where it's obvious that the item has been worn, washed or soiled.
